Hi, I'm Linda!

I am a 2nd generation Korean-American born and raised in the West Coast and currently based in Wilsonville, Oregon.

​

Growing up, I always enjoyed cooking and baking as a hobby - It wasn't until 2020 when I discovered my love for baking bread! I started out making no-knead bread and made my first sourdough starter in 2024.

​

I shared my sourdough loaves with friends & family members and loved the sense of community whenever I shared a loaf with someone new. 

​

I will be selling at my first Farmers Market this Spring!

What is Sourdough?

Instead of using commercial yeast, sourdough is leavened using wild yeast from a starter - a living culture of wild yeast and bacteria.

​

The wild yeast helps leaven bread slowly through bulk fermentation which increases acidity and gives sourdough its signature tangy flavor.
